Complete cleaning upon resumption

In order to best meet your expectations, we have carried out a complete cleaning of the hotel, on the rooms and common areas.
Protections for our customers and employees

Gloves and masks are available for our employees. Hydroalcoholic gel is available in different places for everyone, at reception, in elevators ... Plexiglas desks have been set up at the reception. Frequent cleaning with bactericidal products is carried out throughout the day.
Check In time

To facilitate your arrivals, they will no longer be permitted without reservation and after 8 p.m. Reservations will be made by phone or email. Online payment can be made according to the wishes of the customer through a secure online link. Payment on site will be possible by bank card. The payment terminal will be systematically cleaned. Employees will use gloves. Everything will be done behind our plexiglass desk. Luggage storage will not be open and available. An email will be sent to you 1 week before your arrival, in order to request certain information to facilitate your arrival, please reply.
Check out time

The payment will have been made online or during your stay, so as not to have to wait at reception. Invoices will be sent systematically by email upon your departure. Your email will have been requested upon arrival for verification. We cannot store your luggage. The keys will be collected on a tray and cleaned for the next customers.
During your stay

The keys will be kept during your entire stay. A code will give you access to the hotel between 8 p.m. and 7 a.m. A hotline will always be available. There will be no cleaning done in the room during a stay of more than 2 nights. But linen can be given to you at the reception. A shower gel and shampoo kit will be offered upon arrival. In the bedroom we will only leave one soap which will be systematically thrown away. Breakfast cannot be served in your room. We will offer it to you in the form of a meal basket, to be reserved on arrival with a form to complete. It will be picked up at reception in the morning. We will get rid of it outside the door at your request.
In the room

The maids will wear gloves, masks and a blouse. The gloves will be washed or changed each time the room is changed. Particular attention will be paid to telephones, remote control and handles. No cleaning will be done during your stay. Linen can be given at the reception. An anti bacteria deodorant will be sprayed at the end of cleaning. If possible, we will allow a period of 24 hours before re-renting the room.
Your breakfast

Breakfast must be reserved upon arrival. You will then be given a sheet which will be given to us before 8 p.m. A meal bag, or a tray, will be given to you in the morning at the reception on the 1st floor so that the drinks are at the right temperature. Once finished, you will have to leave all that will be thrown (food) in the bag on the tray. You will give us a phone call to have it picked up.
How to eat

A room service is provided to you with the TyBocal solution and some glass of wine. We are now putting a courtesy tray in the room with a kettle. A microwave is always available at the reception. The delivery services of some restaurants will develop.
