The hotel de Gadagne is home to the Musée historique de Lyon (artists from Lyon and documents concerning the major events in Lyon) and the Musée International de la Marionnette, with the exhibition on Guignol, an iconic puppet created in Lyon by L Morguet, in the early 19th century.
